Two Properties, walking distance from central Aviemore
The main Strathavon House is an Edwardian house with four bedrooms (2 x double, 2 x twin, sleeping eight plus cot).
It has a large sitting room and separate dining room, both with open fires and beautiful views.
The Chalet has two bedrooms (one twin, one large double with an additional single bed, sleeping 4/5). There is a
large sitting room on the first floor which leads out onto the balcony with spectacular views of the Cairngorms.
The properties are let together or separately and provide year-round self-catering accommodation.
There is a large open garden shared between the two properties that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the
Scottish sun (!). There is a access from the garden to a path that leads to the River Spey (about 5 minutes' walk).
